At H&H, we build semi-custom homes that are both beautiful and affordable using a selection of thoughtfully designed plans. Below are examples of homes we have built—or can build for you from our available plans. We currently have active builds in Central City, including one available home that will be for sale in Fall 2026.

Each home includes a project proposal you can download to view more details. Every home can build without finished basement to save you costs, but prices shown are with finished basement, sometimes walk-out basement depending on location.
